Full Moon in Capricorn
I’m keeping it simple like I usually try to do for Full and New moon rituals.
And work them over the course of three days. The day before, of and/or after the full moon depending on my mood, energy and time available. That way there’s no pressure to squeeze it all in on one day.
This particular moon falls in my Fifth House (the house of pleasure) which is a kick considering Capricorn’s major arcana correspondence is the Devil. 😎
Here’s some of my plans.
🍎 A sensual salad made of crisp apple, walnuts and goat cheese for dinner. I chose the cheese as a playful nod to the cloven hooved creature who is also associated with Capricorn.
🖊 I’ll do some journaling / tarot reflections using the major and minor tarot cards associated with Capricorn, ie the Devil and 2, 3 or 4 of Pentacles.
The spreads on the slide below from @ap_astrology in the Capricorn season Astro Edit are speaking to me. Just swapping out the term season for year.
🕯As far as a small ritual, I’ll probably be carving a sigil of intent for social justice into some chime candles: black for protection and green for monetary support to aid the cause. Other colors to consider would be dark brown and grey.
🌲 I’d love to take a long luxurious bath. But the reality is that since it’s midweek, I’ll probably just steep some pine needles and a black onyx stone under the moon on Tuesday before using it as a shower tea pour over in the evening.
So, what are your plans for the full moon?
